Our team personally vets each and every caregiver to help us find ideal candidates to care for our adults, and child clientele. To help with every day chores and tasks, all tailored to our clients' individual needs. No two people are the same we recognize that, and pride ourselves with matching the caregivers and clients. We have devised a personality questionnaire, coupled with an interview our families to determine the most suitable match and smooth assimilation into their family environment. Our interviewing procedure is a four step process. Really getting to know the caregivers as well as connecting the family with the right caregiver.Our goal is to make the lives of our clients and caregivers enter into a relationship of kindness and compassion.

Meet The Team
From the owner: As a working mom, and a mother of two facing the impending end of maternity leave was becoming more real. As a family we had to face a very hard desicion. While having the luxury of staying home for two years with my oldest, my little guy had to be left with a child care provider. Do we choose day care, babysitter in the comfort of their home, or a nanny in the comfort of our home? As a family we made the desicion to go with a live out nanny. The qualms that come with chosing a nanny (live in or live out) is a very nerve racking process. Will they care the way I do? Will they keep my loved one safe? Will they practice sanitary habits? Every question that every family could think of while going through this grooling process we thought of! During the process I devised my own unique interview style that pin points the hands on everyday questions that we all wonder but are sometimes scared to ask.
I vowed that at this junction coming from a background of business and healthcare I needed to do something for our community. Jaetris was that answer, growing up around physicians, nurses, and aides. I saw the importance of their job function. I also saw that for the people that really made a difference it not only was a job but a lifestyle. It has tone within that individual to want to make a change in someones life. To go above and beyond I came up with the slogan "we are an extension of your family"., because as care providers we are just that. Families are entrusting the care of their loved ones in our hands, and I don't take that lightly. I wanted to be that change be that reliable outlet for my community. After growing up and living here on the North Shore of Long Island for over 35 people I have gotten to know so many individuals. We are such a great community, and I'm honored to help by doing my part. Here at Jaetris we are so fortunate to have expanded outside of our community helping families in South Shore, Manhattan and Queens. We continue to expand, and find new methods to help our clients and caregivers.
